Training: This week was a little bit of a wake up. The week prior I was increasing the weights and the sets were increasing with ease. This week I felt like trash all week. Energy was down and I hit minimal sets on every day but yesterday. I don’t know what’s up with the stress.

Training: Completed the second week of tactical barbell black protocol. Front squats have been 275x5x7s, bench 265x5x7, weighted pull ups 45x5x7, and deads sumo 445×5.
