Training 10.13.20

Workout: Average to Savage 2.0 Week 7 (deload). This deload week was much appreciated. Nothing really to report as everything was 5×5 at probably 60-70%. Everything felt fast. Training 9.22.20

Week 4 Average to Savage 2.0 Workout: this week felt much better than last week. There was a day last week where I could only hit the rep minimum. This week things really improved from a muscular conditioning standpoint.
