Training 9.8.20

Week 2 – Average to Savage 2.0

Workout: Much different training than I did the previous 3 months. I’m finding my work capacity to be much reduced compared to pre-mobilization. I trained with some buddies between days 2 and 3 and I think I went into over training mode. My third training session this week was trash and my energy has been low the past couple days. At grappling this morning I had no energy and was gassing early. Total reps is about half what I was doing prior. I really cut back on the additional lifts in between sets as I’m trying to lower the overall volume.

Diet: Continues to be up and down. I feel more hungry with training at a higher intensity. Have been working on increasing water intake. At this time I don’t want to implement any fasting as

Stress: Was sleeping a lot more over the past week, and still didn’t feel rested. Felt like I over did it this past week from a training stand point. The holiday helped lower my stress globally, but overall I still feel that it’s high.

Learning: Have been working through the functional medicine review material. This past week I reviewed gluten and their DIGIN and 5R models. From a Sports stand point I did some review of the Examine material and spine review. I finished Human Heart, Cosmic Heart and Cancer and the New Biology of Water.
