Week 4 Average to Savage 2.0 Workout: this week felt much better than last week. There was a day last week where I could only hit the rep minimum. This week things really improved from a muscular conditioning standpoint. Pushing the lifts beyond 2 over the Rx’d reps created more soreness today than I expected.
