It’s a new year and there will be a lot of change this year, which I tend to like as it means challenge and hopefully some learning. It didn’t start off the way I would like with the Buckeyes losing right after the ball dropped.
Training: Week 3 Average to Savage 1.0. This week I was feeling more drained than normal. Uncertain if it’s holiday stress or not having a deload week in too long of a period of time. Squat 415×8, 390×8, 360×16. Bench 275×8, 255×8, 235×20. Deads 475×8, x3x3. OHP 170×8, 160×8, 145×20.
BJJ: Trained 4x this week. Had to miss one day with my wife being on night. I don’t know how many days I’ll get in this week – probably at least 3-4. Trained immediately following my lift on Thursday and felt pretty beat up the rest of the day.
Sleep: Sleep was down again this past week with time asleep being 5:58.
Stress: up
Learning: Started the A4M courses and love them so far. Hopefully this continues and is a good thing for CME this year.
