Training:
Week 4 Powerlifting and 5K V3.0 – almost all of the lifts were feeling better this week – deadlifts and pause squats were where it was most noticeable. This program automatically increases the intensity over the course of it and it’s not based on ability to hit rep maxes etc. Running has been feeling better too.
BJJ:
2 sessions this past week. Training has been going well.
Sleep:
This hasn’t been great the past week, maybe it’s been a little bit better. We’re going to start sleep training the infant this next week so I expect this to be bad this coming week.
Stress:
High
Learning:
There’s beene progress with the early course, about to finish your diet and your life, made some progress with ILE. I need to be more diligant with ILE. I’ve been writing more consistently and should potentially be publishing the articles on this site as well.
