Training Log 1.28.24

Training:
A2S 1.0 Week 3. This week was pretty average training. Squat 435×8, 405×8, 375×13. Bench 280×8, 265×8, 245×15. Deads – back wasn’t feeling it so did rack pulls 425x5x5. OHP 190×8, 175×8, 165×15. Outside of the back tweak things were fine. It’s the same area as a couple weeks ago. Uncertain what is the underlying cause. My erector is pretty flared up.

Running:
3 short sessions. Still need to be more consistent with this. Just feel like I never have enough time.

BJJ:
4 sessions: no-gi, comp class, gi class, and open mat.

Stress:
High – dealing with newborn stuff. Navigating my new job. Trying to balance additional training courses. Navigating life.

Sleep:
Trash – will be this way for months

Learning:
Got through my podcasts. Started Peter Attia’s Early program. I’m curious how this will go. Have been inconsistent with ILE. Finished my paper, but those always seem to be the biggest barrier for me. I just need to do the work and move on. Working through Great Lecture on Business. It’s been good, but I’m uncertain that’s a great utilization of my time.
