Training: Week 6 A2S 1.0 w/ strength and 10k accessory/running. This was probably the worst week of training I’ve had in a while. Part of that was travel and part of that was overtraining leading up to the end of the week. I need to implement some easy strength deadlifts and just start greasing the groove. Squats: 405×10, 375×10, 350×18. Bench – 265×10, 245×10, 225×17. Deads – 405×3,3×3. OHP – 175×10, 160×10, 145×18. I hit the numbers, but physically just feel run down.
Running: 3 sessions last week – most were just LSS.
BJJ: 3 sessions. Last training day was Wednesday then I was done. Needed the rest of the week off.
Sleep: 7:08 average. Quality was way down and had some long nights and short nights that are influencing the average. Short nights killed me.
Stress: Medium – increased significantly after recent world events and concerned about global stability.
Learning: Finished Personal Finance for Dummies and Arnold’s new books. I’ll write reviews after. Started ILE. Not doing the continued medical education that I would like to do.
