Insights: The book proports the benefits of meditation for Driven personality types ie type A people who are looking for an additional performance boost. There’s a large marketing component for her meditation course. Was a lot of additional wordage that could have been cut. Lots of testimonials throughout that distracted from point of the book.

    • Mantra – about 10 min
    • Manifest – 2 minutes
  2. Breathing pattern – 1:2 inhalation to exhalation ratio to maximize parasympathetic response
  3. Meditation should be prioritized over additional sleep as it can better improve recovery
  4. There’s significant cost and opportunity cost associated with not meditating
  5. Positive affirmations are beneficial
  6. Set reminders on your phone to meditate
  7. May improve your sex life
