Training Log 7.22.23

Training:
Week 3 A2S 1.0. I haven’t done a good job the past couple weeks updating. Training has been consistent, but as documented in the stress section, things come up. Squat was 430×8, 405×8, 375×18. Bench 280×8, 260×8, 240×15. Rack pull was 545×5,3×3. OHP was 185×8, 175×8, 160×16.

BJJ:
Trained 3x this week. Back was giving me issues on Friday, which I’ve not previously had issues with. Assume it’s just from poor sleep quality.

Running:
2 very quick runs this past week. I’m considering consolidating my lifting to two days a week and running the base building program to rebuild this capacity.

Stress:
Took a stress survey this past week and my score was 1600. Extreme stress is above a 300. We were able to move, our condo went into contract before we put it on the market, and we got a bunch of other crap done. I’ll be traveling this upcoming week and it’s going to be hard being away from family.

Learning:
finished What Should I Do with My Money. Got through the podcasts. Did a bunch of military lectures. Still struggled to complete the assignment that’s been weighing on me. I’m excited to get a little time to myself to just think and plan things out over the next couple months.
