Training: Finished week 4 of Average to Savage 2.0 and the app I was using shut down. It was a little bit annoying because I planned on running this program for the next 12 weeks. As this was unexpected I just transitioned to A2S 1.0 until I get a little time to think. To fill the gap at the end I just did speed pulls 405x3x8, OHP 165×12, 150×12, 135×22. DB Bench isos 90×10,10,10×3, SSB Squat 275x8x3.
BJJ: 3 sessions this past week a couple of them went well. Training has been a little off with my wife’s work schedule.
Stress: high – buying a house, changing jobs, wife’s pregnant. Just a lot of transition and will be another major change in the next month.
Sleep: Lower than desired. We’re all just tried.
Learning: Still working through PN SSR course. Been thinking a lot about doing a computer science degree just to gain some knowledge on coding. Will read through a couple books by the end of the year just to try and get some background information.
