Training:
Day 1: Pause Squats 265x6x4, 265×12. Bench 280x4x3, 280×10. RDL 225x6x4, 225×15
Day 2: Push Press 195x3x4, 195×5. Squat 460x3x4, 460×4. CGBP 245x5x4, 245×10
Day 3: Sumo DL 485x3x5. DB OHP 70x5x6, 70×10. Front squat 230x5x4, 230×15
Training overall was ok. I continue to have time limits so I just do a rep set at the end. I wish the app used that in modifying loads. Volume has been fairly consistent overall and should continue to improve over time.
BJJ:
3 sessions this past week including a comp class. Feel like this training has been lackluster over the past month or so. When I’m out of town I really hope to get more consistent training and I need to focus a lot on leg locks. This is an area of my game that I’ve neglected, specifically leg lock defense.
Sleep and Stress:
One of the nights skewed it. I think I was still asleep for about 6 hours. This past weekend was at a 3 day wedding which dropped it down a little. Stress seems improved, but I have a lot to get done over the next month.
Learning:
Still going through the PN course. Working through A4M GI module. Haven’t been pushing this as much as I was earlier in the month. Really hoping for a little bit of time to plan and come up with what I’d like to get done this next month.
