Training: A2S 1.0 week 11
Not the best week of training. We were dog sitting and this threw a wrench in the schedule yet again. Got sick going into the week with just a 6 hour GI bug and lost 5lb and was 199lb for the first time in a while. Squat day hit 490×3, 460×4, 430×10. Bench 315×3, 295×4, 275×10. Took the deadlift day off because my back was jacked up from the squat day after being sick and just did a 2 mile ruck which helped with recovery.
Running:
Took the week off with my back being flared up.
BJJ:
4 training sessions. Feel like this probably exacerbated things on Wednesday because my back was more sore
Sleep/Stress:
Total time asleep was 6 hours flat. A decrease from the past couple weeks. Family drama around in-laws impacted this.
Learning:
Finished A4M peptide module 1. Finished Your Money or Your life. Accomplished monthly goals which was nice.
