Training: Average to Savage 1.0 Week 10
I feel like life is very up and down right now. Training this week has been good. Just feel like I’m not really good or really bad I’m just training. Squat: 460×5,430×5, 405×16. Bench 295×5, 280×5, 260×15. Deads 495×6, 3×3. OHP 195×5, 185×5, 170×13.
Running:
Last week I hit four runs and think I overdid it with the long run last Sunday. Has some patellofemoral pain on the right. Just need to stick with three recovery runs a week for now. Still need to get the practice, but a piece of me wishes I had more capacity for the longer run.
BJJ: three training sessions last week. Feel relaxed with training and having fun. It’s a nice pace right now. Uncertain how much better I’m getting and know it’s a journey.
Sleep:
Little disappointed with the battery life on the updated Oura ring. I feel like it’s lasting 3 days at this point down from the week when I first got it. I’m forgetting to charge it and went a couple days with no data. Stated sleep is 6:20 per night with 7:13 in bed. Glad we’re getting in bed a little earlier.
Stress: High right now. Just a lot going on and I feel like time is moving quickly. Dog sitting this week which makes our house feel like chaos.
Learning: About to complete the A4M Peptides Part I course. It’s been interesting so far. Hit a 1000 day streak in Duolingo. Been getting in consistent learning which is helpful. Still waiting on getting into the ILE course.
