Training – Average to Savage 1.0 Week 9 – Repeat
This weeks training felt good. Probably because my BJJ training was so low this week. Squats: 430×8, 405×8, 375×17. Bench: 280×8, 260×8, 255×16. Deads: 465×9,5×3. OHP 185×8, 175×8, 160×18.
BJJ:
Very poor week. It was my son’s birthday so I missed on Friday and then didn’t train this weekend. Hoping that this week is much better.
Run:
Ran a lot this week. 3 runs with the lifts and a slow steady state run today. Been trying to hit glutes and some traction after as I feel it in my knees and low back. Probably a little too much volume because I just haven’t been doing what I’m supposed to.
Sleep/Stress:
Total time asleep was 6:08. Time in bed was 6:49. Finally feel like I’m starting to get into bed earlier, but I’ve not been sleeping in at all on the weekends. Stress is mixed. It’s all work related.
Learning:
Working through A4M peptide modules. I’ve been really content with the consistent learning and feel like I’ve been learning a lot. It’s a new perspective from past functional medicine training. Still working through Chek’s 1234 on additiction and reading codependent no more. It’s been enlightening to say the least.
