Training: Week 7 Average to Savage 1.0 – repeat
Past couple weeks have been a mess. Haven’t had a day off of work for what feels like a couple months. It’s been taking a toll. Was lifting odd days the past couple weeks. This week went squat 455×5, 430×5, 405×16: bench 295×5, 275×5, 255×16: Deads 495×5,2,2: OHP 190×5, 180×5, 160×16. Squats felt heavier than expected, deads felt lighter and the pressing movements have felt mixed.
Running:
Did runs with each lift which was nice, but my volume is still much less than I would want.
BJJ:
2 sessions this week. Class was cancelled on Wednesday due to weather.
Sleep:
Total sleep is down to 6:19, time in bed is 7:13. Feel under rested. Call this weekend hasn’t helped.
Learning:
Completed Sam Walton’s book and the A4M Endocrine module. Setting these goals has been really beneficial thus far for keeping me on track. Had a hiccup getting into ILE and still need to work on starting that.
