Training:
Week 14 of Average to Savage 1.0. This week was a little more normal. Accessories were limited. Squat 475×3, 445×4, 415×15. Bench 310×3, 295×4, 275×12. Deads 535×3. OHP 190×3, 180×4, 170×15.
BJJ:
Trained twice this past week with travel. This week and next week will be restricted.
Running:
Got in 2 running sessions prior to BJJ. Felt ok and need to do better. Did boxing for cardio after the lift on Thursday which felt good.
Sleep:
Way down this past week. Time asleep was 6:02. This was worsened as I got some time of viral illness.
Stress:
Up. I had to travel this weekend through early next week and it’s been decreased sleep and I got sick. Feel like the holidays and end of the fiscal year are always stressful. I decided to make a change with work and had to have challenging conversations as well.
Learning:
Continued with Ben Franklins book. I think I’m ready to be done with this. Currently trying to register for a military education course. Still want to get paid so I can register for A4M courses. Just been doing some textbook reading and trying to get back to my old reading scheduling.
