Training:
Finished week 13 of Average to Savage 1.0. Kind of an off week. My wife and I were sick on Monday and Tuesday so I just did two days of lifting this week. Bench was 295×5, 275×5, 255×17. Squat was 445×5, 415×5, 385×17. Deads lifted in the morning and just did a deload 405x5x5. OHP was 180×5, 170×5, 155×15.
Running:
Only one run this week, which is weak.
BJJ:
4 sessions this week. I keep thinking I would like to train MWF with comp class Wednesday morning. Then box on Saturday and Wrestle open mat on Sunday. I don’t know how consistent the weekend days will be for a long time because my Saturdays are always a mess. The Sunday’s are at least achievable. Just want to work some striking.
Sleep:
Sleep time was up to 6:29. This is because of early in the week going to bed early and not lifting on Tuesday. I overall feel like it’s down, but it’s the average.
Stress:
Still significantly up. The holidays are not a relaxing time at all. Our extended family dynamic is less than ideal. I need to work on setting boundaries.
Learning:
Got a fair amount of reading in this week. I’ve been working through a functional medicine book and my biochemistry is not where it needs to be. This needs to more of a focus over the next couple years. Still working through Ben Franklins biography.
