Training:
Past couple weeks have been consistent, but getting shorter times in the gym. Wifes been on nights and stress at work has been high. I’ve been hitting fewer sets and I feel like it’s time to get back on a regular program. The volume just hasn’t been there. Sets this past week were 405×10 on deads, 295×5 on bench, and 405×5 on squats. The add on lifts were 295×5 on front squats, 205×5 on incline press, and 205×3 on cleans.
Running:
Got in a fair amount more this past week. Pre lifts and a long run.
BJJ: training frequency was 3x this week with a good mix. Intensity up with a couple guys competing at worlds next weekend.
Sleep:
Down this week with a couple nights of my wife being on nights, it’s been adding up.
Diet:
Weights been stable.
Learning:
Did all the podcasts this past week. Did less text reading than I would have liked.
