Training 8.7.22

Training:
This week I was feeling beat up and did my speed work for the lifts. It was 8 sets of 2 on all the lifts. I was doing 315 on squat, 225 on bench, sets of 10 on bw pull ups, 225 on front squat, 185 on incline bench, and 315 for pulls. Next week is triples and I hope that goes well. 

Running: 

Still not getting the volume I need. I previously wanted to do them on the days I didn’t life, but this is becoming unrealistic as I don’t’ want to run prior to BJJ. Long run felt fine, just very slow. 

BJJ:
Couple sessions this week as I was out of town on the weekend. 

Sleep: 

Time in bed of 6:46 and time asleep of 6:02. Lower than I would want, but just skirting through right now. 


Diet: Hypocaloric all week and don’t know how much is training related. Down to 204lb. Feel fine. 

Learning: good during the week and poor this weekend with travel.
