Training: This past week was a mess. I got the three training days in, but it was a cluster between travel back home and re-calibrating. T – Squats 405x5x3, Bench 225x5x5, WPU 53x5x5. Strained my back on the squats being sleep deprived. Thu – Front squat 275x5x6, OHP 165x5x5, clean 215x3x5. Sat – Deads sumo/convo 405×5,5×4, Incline DB press 80x8x5, BSS DB 60x5x5, Leg press 5 plate x8x5. Just felt off all week. Running only got two sessions. On the long run day my training was trash. I was dead after 20 min. I hit BJJ 3 days and two of them were open mat.
Diet: Trash
Sleep: Trash
Stress: overtrained and exhausted.
Learning: Been doing poorly with my studying. I read Tim Kennedy’s new book and that helped pass some time, but I should be more focused on getting some board studying done. Need to put some more thought into developing a curriculum over the next couple months. Finished a two week military education course as well and felt it was marginally beneficial.
