Training Log 11.28.21

Training: I believe I’m currently in week 5 of Tactical Barbell’s base building template. This week was the first week of the 50 reps sets. I’m still struggling with the lack of lifting. I think there’s probably a net benefit of taking some time off of barbell training. Nothing awesome to report. 

BJJ: Training is up. I’m training 5x a week and feel good doing it. I was considering going up to 6 days, but I’m not there yet. I think from a lifestyle aspect the 5x a week is a good spot for now. 

Sleep: Sleep was down this past week to time asleep of 6:16. Time in bed was 7:04. Sleep score was 72 and down for the week. 

Stress: This past week had increased stress with the holidays. It’s odd how work stress isn’t the most pressing thing it’s the social stresses. I feel like this was very low when I was away and shot up since I’ve been back. 

Learning: Was able to keep up with ACLM’s courses, Chek programs and got some other Chek programs. My reading is down as I’m putting more time into these courses.
