Training Log 11.17.20

Training: Average to Savage 2.0 Week 13. Overtraining carried over to the last week in the second microcycle. Glad I’m entering into a deload week. I’m surprised how the motivation just wasn’t there this past week. I think the time zone change played a role as well as getting back to reality. Didn’t hit many PRs this past week and was just kind of hitting the minimum requested reps. Focused more on recovery this week. Increased sleep and did a float.

BJJ: Cut this back a couple days this week as well to try and recover. Training has been going ok.

Sleep: Average time was 7:30 and total time asleep was 6:20. Think this had to do with the dog having diarrhea. Has been better the past couple days.

Stress: Up dealing with time zone change, getting back to work and more probably covid shut downs. Still trying to find time find a routine.

Diet: has been improved significantly with my slow cooker meals. Has been the cleanest I’ve been eating in a long time.

Learning: Finished the most important thing. Will probably go to cutting through spiritual materialism next. Continue to work though my sports and family text books.
