Training Log 11.3.20

Workout: Average to Savage 2.0 Week 10. Load and intensity were way up. My right lat/serratus is still giving me issues – mainly with deadlifting. Numbers hit over the past week were strong. Went on vacation so I went back to back days prior to leaving and the second day felt weaker than normal. The back half of the week has been a lot of hiking and that’s put more stress on the system as well. Squat 455×6, Sumo dead 425×12, bench 315×5.

BJJ: Trained a lot then left. Will be training in Scottsdale the next two days with buddies from college. Should be working de la jiva.

Sleep: Sleep is up to 7:47 in bed and time asleep is 6:53. I think this is heavily impacted by an increase since being on vacation.

Stress: Still highly variable. I feel good being on vacation. I still feel like the external stress of politics and dealing with work back home are increasing my stress more than I’m used to on vacation.

Diet: Also up and down. Eating out a lot more because we’re on vacation. When we cook the meals have been healthy. Veggies are still way up.

Learning: Reading more functional medicine as I take the test next week. Still reading through Rob Wolff book on red meat. I’m ready to be done with the test.
